Is the 1-month trial really free?
Yes. You get your selected plan for 30 days with no credit card required. After the trial, choose a plan to continue.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can sign up and explore the platform without a card. A card is only required when you choose to subscribe or enable auto-renew.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel your plan from the Billing settings page. Your café data is retained for 30 days so you can re-activate if you change your mind.
Is each café's data fully isolated?
Yes. Sofra uses a shared-database, separate-tenant architecture. Every query is scoped by your unique TenantId claim from the JWT, enforced at the ORM level via EF Core global query filters. Your data is never visible to other tenants.
How does QR self-ordering work?
Each table gets a unique QR code you can print. Guests scan it with any smartphone, see your live menu, place orders, and track their status — no app download, no login required.
Does Sofra work on mobile?
Yes. The entire app is responsive. Staff use it on tablets or phones at the counter; the kitchen display runs great on any mounted screen.
